WESTERVILLE – What do a beer shop, a pizza place and a chocolatier have in common? They’re all opening soon in Uptown Westerville.
Sugarbees
Sugarbees Fine Confections plans to open its doors in the early summer of 2022. The shop will feature handmade chocolate, artisan gelato, as well as European-inspired cakes and pastries. Sugarbees is located at 20 S. State St., right next to Java Central.
DiCarlo’s Pizza
Located in the walkway on the south side of the Java Central building is DiCarlo’s Pizza. DiCarlo’s is known for originating the Ohio Valley style of pizza, square-cut slices of hot crust and sauce, topped with cold cheese and toppings before being served. This is the third central Ohio location for DiCarlo’s.
Fattey Beer Company
Fattey Beer Co. will open a new location at 79 S. State St. in Westerville during the summer of 2022. That’s across the street from Dairy Queen, right next door to Fusian. They plan to offer a selection of taps, plus hundreds of options in cans and bottles. Everything will be available drink there, or take home.
